The 3 varieties are aged separately on stave with regular stirring on lies

Ageing on fine lees

Minimal use of sulphites

The color is light yellow with golden glints

The nose develops aromas of beeswax and incense

The attack is full and voluminous, on the fruit

The mid-palate is subtly smoky revealing notes of exotic fruits, mango and passion fruit

the finish is finely woody and spicy

3 to 4 years in good storage conditions
